All gymnasts know that the challenge to the force of gravity is one of the most exciting reasons that allows to swim in the space and make it their own. No other sport allows to obtain the mastery, the ability of the movement of the limbs and of the segments of the whole body. The gymnast have a good body self-awareness, knows how to control and manage their body and psychophysical feelings; he becomes the master of every movement and is aware of what he is doing
