The objective of this study was to evaluate the impact of ongoing seizures on school attendance amongst children with epilepsy.MethodsThis was a prospective study, conducted at the University of Campinas, in the pediatric epilepsy clinic, from January 2005 to August 2006. We enrolled 50 consecutive children who had a diagnosis of epilepsy.
