Background: Migraine is associated with autonomic nervous system dysfunction with reduced heart rate variability (HRV). Objective: To assess the cardiac autonomic function in migraine patients. Methods: This prospective study was carried out in the Department of Physiology, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University during 2013. Cardiac autonomic nerve function of 60 newly diagnosed untreated migraine patients aged 15-30 years, both male and female was assessed by analyzing time domain measures of HRV.
