AbstractThe flow around a wind turbine is a set of forces applied by the wind on the blades defined by the most significant parameters from a dimensional analysis detailing the power of wind turbine. This later is criss- crossed by changes of turbulent intensity unlike the Reynolds number (essential parameter and not unique for the transition to turbulent flow). Thus the performance of the wind turbine depends on the specific speed that allows to get the most power coefficient by controlling the speed.
