In this work, the operation of the experimental equipment for the deposition of materials in the form of thin films, that uses a laser as thermal source, known as PLD (Pulsed Laser Deposition), is described. These thin films are used in different technological applications. Also, the main physical processes that takes place in the deposit technique PLD will be discussed
