AbstractIntroductionCognitive composite scores developed for preclinical Alzheimer's disease (AD) often consist of multiple cognitive domains as they may provide greater sensitivity to detect β-amyloid (Aβ)–related cognitive decline than episodic memory (EM) composite scores alone.
