Aim: Analysis of genes that play roles in multiple myeloma pathogenesis and their pathways are current research topics. We aimed to detect expression of some genes in ErbB and insulin signaling pathways. Methods: Bone marrow samples were taken from three healthy volunteers and 17 treatment-naive patients. Firstly RNA isolation was made and then cDNA were synthesized. There are eight genes that are related to ErbB and insulin signaling pathways. Specific primers for these genes were designed. Gene expression analysis was performed by the real-time polymerase chain reaction method.
