ResumenReportamos el caso de una paciente adulta con leucemia linfoblástica aguda en fase de neutropenia profunda; secundaria a quimioterapia, quien presentó una fusariosis diseminada con compromiso pulmonar y hemoptisis masiva, lo cual es una presentación poco frecuente; el antígeno galactomanano fue positivo en suero y en lavado broncoalveolar.
