AbstractObjectives to investigate endogenous pulmonary nitric oxide metabolism following infrarenal aortic cross-clamp-induced ischaemia–reperfusion injury. Methods groups of male Wistar rats (n=6) were subjected to 60 minutes of infrarenal aortic cross-clamping under general anaesthesia.
