AbstractThe Indian economy is one of the fastest growing economies in the world irrespective of non conducive economics headwinds blowing globally. Indian Financial sector has undergone a rapid transformation since its inception. The competitive and deregulatory forces have brought about a perceptible shift in the customer's expectation.
