AbstractTop level executives decide to resolve the issues in light of strategic issue labels. Especially differences in the way strategic issues are labeled are likely to affect the amount of top level executive participation in decision making process. An important thesis might be the information sharing and participation climate within an organization affects the managerial responses too. This claim should cover empirical support.
