Problems of the Inclusive Professional Education in Russia

AbstractThis article is deal with the problems of the professional education of disable people in Russia. The paper presents the results of the study conducted in St. Petersburg. Despite the positive changes for the social integration of handicapped people, the system of professional education does not fully respond to the need of people with disabilities. The public opinion on the issues of inclusive education is also discussed in the paper
