The main problem of hypertension treatment is an effective control of blood pressure (BP) ensuring, which should be kept up to 140/90 mm Hg. There are often combination of hypertension with other diseases (diabetes, podagra, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, coronary heart disease and so on.) in older people, which requires an integrated assessment of human health and regard to interaction of drugs assigned.
