AbstractWe propose a communication which will reflect on the need for organizations –public and private wishing to operate internationally to have communicative resources that go beyond the purely linguistic and which meticulously care aspectos of non verbal communication that integrate and value the interculural communication.In the globalized world we live in, not to possess mastery of all the communicative processes in addressing international negotiations can be disastrous for organizations. In that sense, we propose a reflection on the main aspects that private and public organizations must take into account when planning international action
