Communication Skills and Work Motivation Amongst Expert Teachers

AbstractThe aim of this research is to identify the communication skills of expert teachers in yielding an effective teaching and learning process and the needs of having work motivation to the commitment of teachers to excess the teaching profession. In this research, important aspects explored were the skills and the ability of the teachers to use elements and function of communication effectively and the need of extrinsic and intrinsic motivation to enhance of working satisfaction. This research focuses on the importance of communication skills in teaching, the social aspect, knowledge advancement, and the significance of interpersonal relationship that deals with the students emotional development. Results of the study highlights the important of motivation in influencing profesionalism and to raise the teacher's culture of excellent.Therefore, the research findings will look at both aspects in influencing professionalism and to raise the excellence of teachers further
