AbstractThe aim of the current study was to investigate the relationship between “Attachment Styles to God” and “Reliance on God” among college students. To achieve the stated goal, 494 college students (299 females and 195 males), were selected through multistage cluster sampling and the following instruments were administered on them: Attachment to God Inventory (Rowatt and Kirkpatrick, 2002), and Collaborative Coping Strategies in Challenging Life Events (Ghobary et al., 2003). Using multiple correlation analysis, the results indicated that positive significant correlations existed between dimensions of Reliance on God and secure attachment style
