AbstractSelf-esteem and adjustment are the psychological characteristics and personality which affect in improvement of psychological health of people. It has been shown that the physical activities have connection with psychological characteristics. The aim of this research is the effect of swimming skill education on self-esteem and adjustment of the starter boys’ student of high school in Ahvaz city. Method of research is experimental- field work.
