The purpose of this study is to determine the significance of the influence of the leadership, organizational culture and work environment to employee performance and job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research population is all employees in the District of the City of Tarakan, with a sample of 128 employees. Data analysis method used in this research is path analysis.The research findings show that leadership, organizational culture and work environment had positive and significant impact on employee performance.
