En este artículo describiremos la técnica de evaluación antenatal del sistema nervioso fetal y las principales alteraciones que se pueden encontrar en este examen, enfocándonos en la ventriculomegalia y anomalías de la fosa posterior.SUMMARYThe field of fetal neurology has developed at great speed during the last years thanks to the advances in ultrasonography as well as the incorporation of newer technologies such as magnetic resonance imaging.
