ObjectivesWe sought to identify soluble vasoconstrictor substances that are released during stent implantation into saphenous vein aortocoronary bypass grafts.BackgroundAtherosclerotic saphenous vein aortocoronary bypass grafts are particularly vulnerable to plaque rupture. Protection devices prevent particulate debris from being embolized.
