AbstractThis research identifies the lack of support given to people deprived of their liberty in order to integrate them socially and professionally. The study observes the factors that determine the individual's criminal behaviour, and also mentions methods that experts working in prison have identified in order to prevent their relapse. It also focuses on how the family supports the reintegration of the inmate, but it also searches solutions concerning the recovery of people deprived of liberty. The study uses a qualitative approach and applies the following methods of research: interview, observation and document analysis.
