AbstractThe paper describes the Object detection and recognition along with interpretation is considered as minimum survival requirements to all the creatures in the world. Especially, the human beings rule the world because of their known interpretation survival tactics than any other animals. Automatic interpretation of objects eventually event reaction makes an environment a further better place to live. This paper implements a method to track and recognize the object in a surveillance area of the visually impaired people. In order to survive in the real world, visually impaired people have to be aware of the environment.
