AbstractObjectivesIn this study, we assess the value of sirolimus eluting stent (SES) implantation in patients with complex in-stent restenosis (ISR).BackgroundThe treatment of ISR remains a therapeutic challenge, since many pharmacological and mechanical approaches have shown disappointing results.
