For X ϵ Mn,m we seek to determine the Jordan structure of M=AXOB associated with λ in terms of the Jordan structure of A and B associated with λ and properties of X. The principal result is an explicit prescription for the Jordan structure of M associated with λ in the case that the geometric multiplicity of λ in B is one
