AbstractOBJECTIVESWe sought to determine whether strategies to reduce procedural distal embolization and late repeat revascularization have resulted in more favorable outcomes after saphenous vein graft (SVG) angioplasty.BACKGROUNDAngioplasty of SVG lesions has been associated with frequent procedural and late cardiac events.
