AbstractThe Midwest Regional Carbon Sequestration Partnership has collected a full suite of initial monitoring data from its large-scale carbon dioxide (CO2) injection test site in the an depleted oil field to provide a baseline set of data. Data collection will be repeated after the field has been pressurized to the original discovery pressure using CO2. Data collection includes five walkaway vertical seismic profiles, microseismic monitoring, three pulsed neutron capture wireline logs, a borehole gravity meter survey, and satellite monitoring. An overview of these monitoring techniques and how they are being applied to improve current geologic understanding of this Niagaran Pinnacle Reef is presented
