The work carried out during this thesis led to the proposal of a methodological and software solution that helps manufacturers to better master the haptic sensory inspection of their products. This type of quality control, which uses the sense of touch in a dynamic way, poses many problems in the industry. A case study, carried out on luxury watch bracelets, illustrates the difficulty of objectively and repeatedly judging the haptic quality of products. Our review of the literature also confirms that the implementation of sensory inspection requires a great deal of expertise to acquire and capitalize.
