The paper presents a study of morbidity and mortality of the female population of Ukraine resulting from gynecologic cancers. The incidence of malignancies of the reproductive system in women has increased. The study shows that the main trends of morbidity and mortality have age and regional differences. The aim of the study – to determine the main changes in morbidity due to gynecologic cancers in Ukraine and evaluates the state of cancer care structure aimed to female population.
