The purpose of the current research is to predict job motivation and exhaustion of consultants in Tehran city based on organizational culture. The research method was interrelationship. The research sample was all male and female consultants (1042 persons) who have worked in Educational and Pedagogical Department of Tehran .Among them, 300 persons were elected by random sampling. The research instruments were a questionnaire in organizational culture, job motivation and exhaustion. In addition, T test and multi-variables regression were used for analyzing data.
