Objectives:To investigate the corneal biomechanical properties of keratoconic eyes following penetrating keratoplasty (PKP).Materials and Methods:Thirty-five patients (70 eyes) were enrolled to this prospective study. Operated and contralateral keratoconic eyes were defined as Group 1 and 2, respectively. All patients underwent ophthalmological examination and measurements of corneal biomechanical properties by Ocular Response Analyzer (ORA), intraocular pressure (IOP) by Goldmann applanation tonometry, and central corneal thickness (CCT) by Pentacam.
