Purpose: To compare the clinical measurements with the new IOLMaster-700 from those obtained with the Aladdin. Methods: A prospective, cross-sectional, observational Comparative study.24 eyes were assessed using the two devices. Measurements of axial length (AL), anterior chamber depth (ACD), mean keratometri (Km) flattest (Kf), steepest keratometry (Ks) and white-to-white (WTW) were done with both devices in random order.
