This paper describes detection of some typical plant viruses infecting Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. plants in Ukraine. Diagnostics using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) confirmed presence of antigens of viruses belonging to Tobamovirus (РММоV, ТоМV), Cucumovirus (CМV) and Tobravirus (TRV) genera in sap of tomato plants.
