The aim of the research was to study the biochemical model of morphological changes in the liver of patients with different forms of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease NAFLd, overweight and abdominal obesity (AO). Morphological changes in liver tissue were determined by non-invasive method Ste- atoskreen . The study evaluated the relationship between the cytolytic syndrome, forms of NAFLd and various manifestations of metabolic syndrome (MS). According to the survey, morphologically NAFLd was confirmed in 98% of patients using non-invasive diagnostic test Steatoskreen .
