INFORMATIONAL AND ANALYTICAL SUPPORT OF THE SYSTEM OF ENTERPRISE`S PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

The article deals with issues on informational and analytical support of the system of industrial enterprise’s performance management. Approaches to the definition of the "informational and analytical support" are researched and based on the priorities of scientific concepts of relevant researchers. The principles of the system of informational and analytical support of performance management activities were formed. The stages of the process of required information collection in the performance management system of the industrial enterprise were defined. Formation of the necessary information in the industrial enterprise’s performance management system has the following stages : identification and collection information on the performance of the enterprise; assessment and analysis of the information received by use of appropriate methods; identification and clarification of important aspects of the information; determination of the conditions under which the problem can be solved. The article stipulates that the analytical support system of performance of the industrial enterprise is a system of accounting indicators and analytical information on the transfer of results for stakeholders for making effective management decisions considering the component of segmentation. It was found in the article that current economic conditions create new requirements for the informational and analytical support system that must take into account the constant changes of the environment and affect the efficiency of the control system performance of industrial enterprise based on innovative information technologies
