Background: Organosulfur compound, allicin and phenolic are the main compound in garlic responsible for antioxidant activity. Correlation between free radicals and some dental diseases, such as free radicals and Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) responsible for periodontal inflammation, caries, lesions and oral cancers.
