The aim of the work. Studying the impact of four groups of excipients (fillers, disintegrants, lubricants and glidants, binders) on the pharmaco-technological properties of Flammulina velutipes biomass dry powder tablets. Materials and Methods. Research of the impact of excipients on such parameters as surface quality, uniformity of weight, resistance to crushing, friability and disintegration of tablets was carried out in accordance to the requirements of State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine 2nd edition using the method of mathematical experiment planning.
