This paper has assessed the implementation and acceptance of information and communication technology (ICT) at public sector universities in Pakistan. This research was conducted in three major public-sector universities based in one province of Pakistan. A total of 550 questionnaires were distributed and 325 were returned. In addition, three interviews were conducted from the administrative personnel of universities. The research was conducted to assess ICT implementation at universities and its acceptance by academicians.
