Techniques of analysis of new antioxidant preparation «Vitaox» which contains dihydroquercetin and ascorbinic acid have been developed. It has been proposed to determine dihydroquercetin by method of high-performance liquid chromatography and an ascorbinic acid by method of titrimetry. Results of study of validation parameters: specificity, repeatability, precision, accuracy or trueness, linearity and system suitability have been presented
