Abstract: The study aimed to identifying the level of Emotional Intelligence among School Counselor in ALRiyadh City, and defining the effect of gender ,scientific qualification ,experience ,Specialization and marital status on the level of Emotional Intelligence. The Sample of study was (126) School counselor (male & female). Using the emotional intelligence scale (to researchers Othman and Rezzeg , 2001).its consist of 58 item . The results of study indicated that the level of Emotional Intelligence was high ,and no statistically significant differences in the level of emotional intelligence according to the study variables : gender ,scientific qualification ,experience, Specialization and marital status (married, single) fine...
