The parameters of central hemodynamics and vegetative reactions to cold stress in teenagers with adiposity and the vegetative dysfunction (hypertonic type) and in teenagers with normal body mass index (BMI) and vegetative dysfunction (hypertonic type) are investigated. It is revealed Desadaptation of the vegetative and the hemodinamic maintenance of stress in teenagers with adiposity and significant sa of development parasympathetic reaction with high level of anxiety despite of BMI. The big frequency of development of sympathetic reaction at girls with adiposity and vegetative dysfunction on hypertonic type is revealed
