The aim of the article is to understand one of the facets of military police violence through of that we have come to call a “military police distinction”. We take a qualitative approach to the episode of the British Black Mirror series titled “Men Against Fire” where a soldier that comes to understand the reason why he pursues the social excluded: the war culture imposed by his profession. So, what is highlighted is the “sense of distinction”, built by institutional socialization processes and established by the internalization of the military ethos.
