Background. Wastewater treatment from dyes is an actual and not fully resolved environmental problem. Insufficiently purified wastewater disrupts the ecological balance of natural reservoirs that are sources of water supply and increases the negative man-made impact on the environment. The existing purification technologies have a number of limitations both scientific and technical, and economic nature.
