Aim. Research of the auxins biosynthesis by soil streptomycetes – the antagonists of phytopathogenic microorganismses and plant parasitic nematodes on synthetic and organic nutrient mediums. Methods. Auxins were determined by the quantitative of spectrodensitometric thin layer chromatography in the supernatants of cultural liquid and ethanol extracts of biomass. Results. In the stationary growth phase in the supernatants of cultural liquid and biomass of S. netropsis UCM Ac-2186 and S. violaceus UKM Ac-2191 accumulated a significant amount of auxins.
