Introduction: Coronary angiography is an invasive procedure for diagnosis of coronary artery diseases, which can be a source of anxiety for patients. The aim of this study was to evaluate the situational anxiety and heart focused anxiety in patients undergoing coronary angiography. Materials and Methods: This descriptive study was done on 92 patients before angiography in Kowsar hospital of Semnan. Data was gathered with demographic questionnaire, measurement of physiologic parameters, cardiac anxiety questionnaire (CAQ), and Spielberg state anxiety questionnaire.
