The rapid increasing of the world population, migrations from rural to urban areas and industrialization are enhancing the amount of waste water day by day. The amount of sewage sludge along with waste water also shows a rapid increase. Sewage sludge can be reused in agriculture, forest, mines and landscape areas. The research was conducted to designate the chance of ornamental kale cultivation in sewage sludge in open area between November 2015 and February 2016. As growing media, 0% sewage sludge + 100% soil (S1), 25% sewage sludge + 75% soil (S2), 50% sewage sludge + 50% soil (S3), 75% sewage sludge + 25% soil (S4) and 100% sewage sludge + 0% soil (S5) were used in the research.
