THE INVOLVEMENT OF ROMANIAN MILITARY LEADERS IN THE INSTITUTIONAL STRENGTHENING AND COUNTRY DEFENCE IN RECENT GEOPOLITICAL CIRCUMSTANCES

From the resurgence and extreme aggression of Islamic fundamentalism to the emergence of new nuclear weapon holders in state-dictatorships and culminating with the political, propaganda, economic and military aggression of the Russian Federation (Georgia-2008, Ukraine - 2014 - up to date) - all these developments must give reasons to worry to the responsible world leaders.
