New Phenomenon of East-Asian Economy – China’s Timber Complex (a Review of the Condition and Prospects)

An attempt has been made to make a comprehensive survey of China's timber complex. China's endowment with timber resources has been analyzed. Production and consumption of timber products is considered. Markets and trade in timber products are described, special attention being given to China's foreign trade in timber products, in particular to expanding timber exports.
