In this study cognitive therapy based on self-talking technique for reducing rate of social phobia have been noticed. Sample group was £ª persons suffering from social phobia, selected at random from among those people referring to counseling clinic. Their disorder has been detected by using the instrument of spin diagnosis and DSM- IV. To collect data the inventory of social phobia (SPIN) were used. The statistical analysis of the data showed that cognitive therapy based on self-talking technique has influenced to reduce the rate of social phobia
