Management Information Systems Development, according to the Education Strategy of Regional Education Office

The purposes of this research were to 1) Study of current information and system requirements. According to the management of the Strategic of Regional Education Offices. 2) Develop the Information systems for administrating Regional Education Offices no.8. And 3) Study the Effectiveness Management Strategy of Regional Education Office no.8 via the developed Information systems. The research procedure is a research and development and were carried out in three stages. The first stage was Study of current information and system requirements. According to the management of the Strategic of Regional Education Offices using 143 participants from 13 Regional Education Offices by purposive sampling. The second stage were the development of the Information systems to administrate Regional Education Office number 8 though purposive sampling using 5 samples and information systems effectiveness were evaluated though 20 participants from the purposive sampling. The third stage was delicated to the practice and to study of the effectiveness of the developed information systems using 20 participants from the purposive sampling. There were 3 methods used to gather the information, a questionnaire, an interview and a recorded meeting. Statistics use in this research were percentage, S.D. and descriptive statistics The research found that 1) Results of the studying of the present and the need to manage information as a strategic study of the state of Regional Education Offices. the Education Office of the Information Management Strategy Department of Education Office. Overall is moderate The demand for information management strategy for the Study of Education Office sector overall at a high level. 2) The development of Information Systems Management as a strategic sector for the Study of Education Office. Information on the application process in line with the Strategic Studies Department of Education Office include strategies to strengthen the system of government. Based on good governance. Strategic Development Strategy And Education Development Plan in accordance with the policies and strategies of the Ministry of Education. And the context of the province The province and the Inspector General for Strategic Studies Research Support Inspection evaluates and reports on the current situation in education policy and strategy of the Ministry of Education. Strategies to promote and improve the standard of education. And strategies for the preparation and development of information technology in education. And 3) The effectiveness of management strategies based on the study of the Education Office. The information system developed by the effectiveness of the management strategy of the Office of Education. Before the use of information systems the overall average is moderate and effectiveness of strategic management by the Department of Education Office.
