Social approaches to technological systems

this article presents a characterization of technological systems from social approaches. This is a set of elements that seek to define both the functioning and the role of people in technological systems. In the second place, and based on the preceding approaches, as well as on the social tradition of complex systems, we will seek to develop a proposal for interpreting the properties, dynamics and public participation in technological systems
